Programs that build women, youth and businesses in Nevis and St. Kitts
Four areas of work, one goal: practical support that helps people become self-sufficient and helps communities grow.
What we do
Four programs, one goal
Practical support that helps women and youth become self-sufficient and helps communities grow.
Women Empowerment
Training, tools and resources that help women in St. Kitts and Nevis become self-sufficient business leaders. We focus on skills, confidence and the practical steps that turn an idea into an income.
Who it is for. For women who want to start or grow a business, or step into leadership.
Take part. Send a message on Get Involved to join the next group.
Youth Outreach and Job Creation
Education, training and entrepreneurship for young people, working to reduce youth unemployment across the Federation. We meet young people where they are and open a path to work.
Who it is for. For youth across St. Kitts and Nevis looking for work, skills or a start in business.
Take part. Send a job search inquiry on the Jobs page.
Entrepreneurship
Building capacity in market research, business planning and management, and improving access to finance and markets for small and minority-owned businesses.
Who it is for. For entrepreneurs and minority, youth and women owned businesses.
Take part. Ask about the next entrepreneurship session on Get Involved.
Prevention of Gender-Based Violence
Community activities and partnerships that reduce gender-based violence and raise awareness of the harm it does. This work is led with care and, where someone needs help, with people, not forms.
Who it is for. For communities, schools and partners across the Federation.
Take part. Partner with us through Get Involved.
